OT: Looking for a new(er) ride

Look it in the eyes: can you see the twinkle in it?
I say - go for it. Take good care of it.
Just one word of caution: those cars communicate! How else can I
explain that a few days after the Scirocco goes out of hibernation, it
demands all the same care that I gave the Jetta during the winter: new
brakes, new tires, new battery ... the only thing the Scirocco got that
the Jetta did not is new motor mounts. But once the Jetta gets wind of
it, I am toast :-D.
  Enjoy your new family member!
