I asked the seller:
Are you selling parts? A car? A parts car?

He wrote back:
the whole car ..if you want a pic e me with your email address ...pain 
posting on ebay


Almost worth posting the listing to begin with.  I looked back over some 
of his other auctions, they're all similar, very minimalist in wording 
and description, no pictures.
