Temp Gauge

Tonee, what are the symptoms?  Completely non-functional?  Inconsistent 
readings?  Always reading cold/hot?
I have problems with the temp guages in my Quantum and 16v, but I know 
they're full of coolant and run at the correct temps, so I'm not too 
worried.
