On various VWs (IE Rabbits) I have had over the years, I had a couple that would wear the inners of one or both of the rear tires. IIRC, this was form camber over 2*. Now it would wear badly over the life of the tire, not a few thousand miles, but it would wear such that you did not want to put it on the front when rotating the tires...
