MK1 roc upper stress bar

No, no, no. This is the bar that has been on the car (my 79) for over two
years, it's the one that says "Arschlaufen Verboten". You know the one.
AFAIK that hood has been closed when I've been driving, well except the
time they didn't snap it shut after tech at Waterfest this year. ;P.
