Since list is sort of slow I will show you my cheap ass intercooler tubing.
It probably won't work and does not look the best but it only cost me $25.
Bought 2 4" radius U bends of 2-1/2" steel exhaust tubing. I finally bought
a welder but it is only a arc welder so it took my buddy and I, who have no
welding experience, forever to weld the pieces together and it still kind of
looks like shit but it is air tight. We searched the yard this weekend and
found some air intake hoses from a Ford Econoline 150 that were 2-1/2"
diameter and cut them to fit. Most likely the rubber hoses are too weak for
the 15-17lbs of boost from the charger but they were only $4 so I hope they
work for the time being. Also installed push button switch where
ignition switch went with a pull toggle for system keyed power on the dash
and a battery cutoff key. Just need new O2 sensor and battery cable to
mount battery in the rear.

So to keep me on track does anyone know the procedure for flushing out an
intercooler? Is 4 gage cable recommended for battery relocation? TIA
