Dont shoot me! How much oil to add?

Well, it was the amount prescribed for an oil change with filter, and I
always give it a good chance to drain, so I'm pretty sure it's right, and
it's the dipstick that's wrong. The 2L block didn't come with a For all
practical purposes it's usually at the top of the hatched area, but I never
let it get to the bottom of that zone.
