  In the Montreal area, there is a company called Metropolitan that 
sprays spent motor oil.
  But in my suburb of Montreal (Greenfield Park), one garage uses a 
"special" paraffin mix.  Mine has been applied some 10 years ago, and is 
still goey! (but does not drip). Maybe because I store the car in winter?
