Mk1 Supersprint Header

A few years back I paid $ 550 for my 16v ss header (new)...It's the
Cadillac of headers really. It is really nice looking to...Mine was
Stainless Steel.

Someone offered me a Mk1 Supersprint header for $150.

1. Is that a decent price?  It has a little surface rust in the final
collector.
2. I am assuming 8v only right?  It will not work on a 16v?
3. Is there any sense in putting it in the Callaway?  It may actually
have a header... I will have to look.
