how much for a 16v?

   i have the opportunity to buy an '87 16v with an '84 8v. the 16v has 
86k but the body is quite rough. interestingly enough, from what i can 
see in the photos, the seats are mint. the current owner has swapped the 
engine to an '84 that was black then repainted red. as i have a wedding 
to pay for in six months, i was wondering if i could make some money by 
finishing this project. i would transfer everything to the '84, 
including brakes and suspension, and most likely toss the body kit in 
the trunk and let the next owner paint everything to their color 
preference. the package is being offered to me for a reasonably good 
price but i was wondering what i might get for an '84 with a complete 
16v conversion. any info would be helpful and appreciated. thanx.
