Well got the motor/tranny outta the 84 Wolfsburg today.... pulled it out the top, but next time if I pull one I think I'm gonna drop it out the bottom.  Anyway the interior is gone. front end parts off all except the front support and the fenders....

Next it's going to be the manual steering and blower motor. Then probably pull out the wiring harnesses.

The last things I will pull is the glass and doors.  The doors are in pretty bad shape, but I'm gonna salvage the mirrors and window regulators.

Hey BTW what are the advantages/disadvantages of Manual steering? If I remember right when I drove it ohhhh 10years ago the manual steering vs my power steering I really didn't notice a difference.  But I only really drove it once.
