timing help
If everything lines up and the "0" is only off by a couple mm's then you should be good.
According to my precise (read WAG) calculations if the cam was off by one tooth the "0" would be out of position by ~1".
The distributor timing and the fuel mixture could still be off a little bit, but I imagine once you replace the injector seats it seems like it should be ready to start.
