I'm not sure what the question is.
Put in anywhere you want, start Megatune, click "file", then "open" and pick 
the msq.

Note: the msq file needs to match the firmware. MS I, MSnS-E, and the 
version number.
As far as cold start:
If it's not firing right off then it's probably the cranking pulse width.
If it fires but doesn't stay running then adjust ASE or warmup enrichment.
