Fast turn signal blinker, what the....?

Glad I could help.  Not that often that I know what the cause is on these
old cars, but I have experienced that one before.  Best part of all, another
Scirocco is happy again and hopefully safer on the road.

Dave was right.  It was a wrong bulb.  I swapped it out and it works fine.
