Fast turn signal blinker, what the....?



I'll second the grounding issue.  My '88 has started this recently with no 
bulbs being changed out in years.  If I hit a bump or turn hard enough, the 
blinker goes back to normal.  Doesn't do it all the time so it's a bitch to 
find.  I think it might be somewhere near the tail lights though.  While 
searching for the ground I bumped the tail light assembly and the blinking 
went back to normal.
