Any wiring interchangeability would depend on the years of the two cars. 
Even just considering Sciroccos there have been some pretty considerable 
wiring changes over the years. Basically, if the two cars are listed 
together under the same schematic in the Bentley you should be in good 
shape. If not you'd have to compare the individual harnesses that you want 
to swap.
Cam and tranny will swap. Don't know about the sport springs though. Cabby's 
are heavier and the car my sit lower (much lower?) than you want.
GL on the wiring. Just went through that on an 81. Learned alot, spent a lot 
of time, but not looking forward to the next wiring project.
