rear view mirror adhesive?
My brother does glass and says that stuff at flaps is crap. ALMOST every
glass shop will reattach a mirror for free. If they don't then they suck.
Reason for this is you will need glass someday. No doubt about it. Someday
you are going to buy SOMETHING from a glass shop and if they hook you up now
there's a little bit of loyalty fostered with you so that opens the door for
them to stick it to you later.
That being said the stuff they use in the shops is industrial strength. You
can't buy this stuff over the counter. It's bad bad shit. The first part
looks like a big hairspray can and cleans/preps/hardens in one shot. The
other part is stuff you have to wear gloves and goggles with... not just
OSHA here but a healthy self preservation instinct should kick in. That
glass will break before that mounting button comes off.
