kamei mesh grille

hey folks,

i've been looking into finding one of these for a
while and i may have found one local to me at last. 
my question is: i heard that these were actually
discontinued by kamei and yet there is a certain
company that actually still has them, yet they are
without the red and white badge.  are they authentic? 
i guess my question is are there newer style kamei
mesh grilles in production without the kamei badge on
them>?
