Bosch KE-Jetronic Manual to host?

I could easily host the file if Allyn hsn't found anything yet.  Matter of
fact, I may already have that manual in digital format (pdf).  Either way, I
have assloads of space and bandwidth at my disposal.  Just let mek now.
