noobish cincy q's

I went off caffeine about three years ago when my cardiologist told me I
needed to do so if I wanted to see me kids grow up and get married.  One of
those life decisions.  The first two weeks were HELL, but no I sleep a lot
more than I used to(although a LOT less than a coup-le on the list that I
will leave nameless unless I HAVE to tell on them.)

all that gets me thru some of the Cincy meets!
