CIS Mischief

   so i'm pretty sure the gas is bad in the cabby (makes the junkyard 
smell fresh), but i want to check fuel volume just to make sure of the 
pump. as per bentley, i disconnect the return hose and place it in a 
container. i jump the relay and next thing i know gas is flowing all 
over the place from the steel line, not into the container from the 
hose. wtf?
   i don't think the p.o. touched them, but is it possible they reversed 
the feed and return lines? the line to the filter was in place. do i 
just have CIS backwards? throw me a bone here! argh, these cars can be 
such a pain in the ass!
