Yep. It idles OK, a bit jittery, but pretty good at 850 RPMs +- 75 or so.

BUT it drives like a bat out of hell!! IT IS FAST!! and it sounds cool
too!! CIS gone, it has a stupid ricy cone filter, but it works, it's
simple, and it only cost me $15! TYPE R, YO!

I don't think it needs much tuning at all! It just works. SWEET!!
