[elec] headlights & the radio

   after bringing my '86 out of cold storage from the winter, i 
installed a new battery and reset the code on the radio. when i turned 
on the headlights, the radio cut out. no power. nothing. turned the 
lights off and the radio came back. didn't someone have this problem 
before? everything was working before storage. i'll be checking it out 
but front calipers are the order of the days. and new wheels and tires.
