Can I use PVC in a coolant hose?

Tapping a coolant outlet is the cleanest thing to do, and it could more
easily be installed in the correct spot, right in front of the head.
You might check in with a machine shop if you are worried about botching
an outlet, I am sure they can help you. It should not be that expensive...
