Spring Tooling pt1

I left the old bumper on, switched bumper covers and put the trim on. Tightening the bolts back down is going to be fun.
   
  Now, on to the starting issue. The car will only start when I pt the jumper ack on. It runs fine but when I turn off the ignition and try to restart it it won 't  turn over, lack of juice. I get dash lights but not enough to start.
