So,
Yesterday was day 1 of many to come getting the 84 8v ready for cincy. Very minor thing really except for the either bad altenator/battery issue and idle surging it's really not bad.
I got a entire rear bumper from Eric P.(thanks again) to swap out with the old one that has broken clips on the cover. So, me thinks I can just remove the entire thing put on my freshly painted one and that's it, well, until I got down to the last bolt holding on like the titantic was going under.
Snapped the welded-on nut on the back side arm, now she's spinning freely like a 2-year old on a merry-go-round. So last night I decided that's enough to mess with and moved on to other things like the radio, got that figured out, but I looked in the "good book" and can't find out how to replace the fender mounted antenna, do I just remove the fender liner or is it accessible from the inside?
Back to the garage, can't beat 70 degree weather for tooling.
TIA
Tonee
