The first car I hauled with my old 81 was with a U-haul dolly. I
towed a 75 from Michigan - about a 5 hour drive. That trip inspired
the creation of my collapsible, electric braked aluminum dolly... I
*HIGHLY* recommend that you do not attempt to dolly a car w/ an A1 -
the braking ability is downright scary. It'll pull it fine, and
contrary to Jim's input on tongue weight, dollies (including U-haul's)
don't put much weight on your hitch - the problem is braking...

Rhett is right about U-haul not allowing you to pick up a trailer or
dolly w/ an underrated vehicle. I borrowed my friend's Jeep Cherokee
to pick up and return the U-haul dolly...
