Looking for die cast (toy) cars - Sciroccos?

Okay, I have a small problem.

My son has decided that he wants a scirocco for his toy car collection. So 
now I have to find out where I can actually get a die cast scirocco :)

I guess I am going to hit Ebay, but I am hoping someone here can point me 
in the direction of a web site, or a list of which companies actually 
produced a scirocco so I know where to start looking..
