Ok so I finished replacing the Fuel Resevoir/Filter (Plastic) Box sitting on the gas tank.
Started it up and pulled it out of my buddies garage and parked it so I could come back later and pick it up.
Returned about 6hrs later. Started stumbled and stopped. Did it alittle more then bang...turns over but no start. Checked for fuel coming in at the front filter and fuel distributor. Nothing!
Don't see any kinks in the lines. Didn't drop the tank to put the box in so I don't think I could have pinched one back up there. Squeezing the hose between the box and the fuel pump it feels soft like no fuel. I can hear the prepump work and I can feel the fuel pump I believe pump when the key is turned on. However no fuel.
I am 99.9% sure I replaced all the lines where they came off because I labeled them when I took them off. (There is a slight chance I may have mis-marked, but I don't believe so)
I'm wondering if I could get a air lock on the system from changing the box out?
I will be up under it tomorrow since my friend is going to 'allow' me to keep it there another day (like there was much choice at this point)
I'm tired and if anybody has any input I would greatly appreciate it at this point. Especially if they know a way to clear an air lock if that's what I have. If not I'll be checking my line connections tomorrow anyway.
Thanks
David
