Sheared dipstick tube

Remember that 1.8 I should be building (and not destroying?)  Well, 
dumbly, I tried to straighten a severely bent dipstick tube and I ended 
up shearing it off at the block.  I can see where it mates into the 
block, but I haven't a clue on how to remove what is left of it and put 
a new one in (if it is still available). 

Any suggestions?
