You can *have* the dang thing for free.  I have a Jeep w/ trailer hitch that
I will use for anything.  I'll try to get it off this weekend.


Jeeps are great for towing!

My friend Steve has a Wrangler, and I'm planning on getting one soon.

Steve tells me that it's bad to tow with any car that has a timing belt, and
a manual trans is better.
I've heard of people shearing the key-way on the crank gear, just by
pop-starting it in gear, so I can see how towing would be bad.
No A/C is supposed to be better for towing, but I want it, since NONE of my
Volkswagens have A/C. 

My Jeep will have round headlights, a 6 cylinder engine, fuel injection, a
manual trans, no rust, and I'd prefer A/C and a hard top.

It will be my snow vehicle, tow vehicle, and hot summer vehicle.
