My vote is still for Picklex20. I did a ton of research on this topic
last year, and I couldn't find a better product (especially for what
Julie needs it for). It's a metal surface cleaner, 100% rust
converter, rust inhibitor, and protective coating all in one step.
Like I mentioned, the only drawback I can think of is that epoxy
primers aren't recommended over it (regular primers are fine).
