a friend is replacing his 84 rabbit gti project with a 90 cabriolet

check the gti and the trans. is a 4k - the car was autocrossed a bit -
what's a fair price for the tranny?

also, can the gti engine be put into the cabby?  (his question)

trans code is 4k 118 13, i think, if that means anything special
(other than being a 4k)
