It was written in one of the other articles, iirc.
It's also just the conventional way of writing a location - you wouldn?t say "Dayton, USA".

Additionally, regardless of where any county/state may be, the city simply makes more sense, especially once you consider its close
proximity to what appears to be a major shipping port.
