Doug's been off the list for quite a while, so I forwarded this to his 
work email address about an hour ago.  As usual, he's still at work (at 
his "day" job, heh) and he replied that he wasn't even aware of this 
article.  Now he'll need to try to track down a copy of this.  Does 
anyone know if this mag is available over here, or if any of the foreign 
mag brokers offer it?  Good catch, Heather!
