MKII Door corner glass (triangle piece)

Remove roll-down window, remove 3 screws from forward window rail (bottom = 10
mm hex, behind panel / middle = 5mm allen, at base of glass / top = phillips,
under guide/seal in rail), window rail comes out, triangle piece slides aft with
its gasket as one assembly. It may be stubborn, but it will slide aft, just
support the glass from both sides and slide it.

It is one of the easier pieces to remove, as far as threat of breakage.
