Removal of Broken Front Disk Screw

When I recently replaced the rotors on my M3, the screws were also included. 
Strangely, I don't remember the screws coming with the rotors for my ol' 
VWs...

Am I the only person here who actually has drilled and EZ-outed the
things?  FWIW, the last pair of discs I put on wife's Benz came with
new replacement screws in the box.
