I bought a Kia!
Congratulations on getting a TJ!
Good choice on the 4.0L and 5 speed!
I bought a '99 a few weeks ago, I love it, and I can't wait for snow!
As far as similarities, similar wheelbase, and Jeep owners also wave to each
other.
I did the Hypertech re-program a couple of days ago, it made a noticeable
difference, even for the 89 Octane setting and bumping up the rev-limiter by
500 RPM, made it much more fun to drive.
What size are those tires?

You know, it's funny, I actually did LIKE the Camaro, but not LOVE it. I
mean, it was really nice looking, had great performance, but there was
just no love for it. I can remember when I traded my first car, a 91
Chevrolet Beretta when I got the Camaro, and I had to fight back a tear in
my eye while I was getting all of my stuff out of it. It was a P.O.S. to
most people, but very reliable, fast, and fun and it really was my baby.
This time, with the Camaro, I sat in it, took my stuff, and drove off in
my nice new yellow Jeep and didnt look back. :D
(no, I never had a mullet, and I never put crager SS wheels on the Camaro,
nor did I have big balloon tires in the back. I remember one hilljack at
the parts store was looking at my brakes (they were slotted/drilled
rotors) and when I came out he said "those are som' strange brakes you got
ther'- how do they stop with 'them holes in 'em?" blech.)
