OT Weekend Wrenching (Volkswagen Related)

I have another non Scirocco related question that I need some help with.

So this weekend since the weather is suppose to hold up I figured it would 
be a good time to do some maintenance on my daily driver.
01 Wolfsburg Edition Jetta 20vT.

So here is the list of the easy things
1.)  Oil Change, 5 quarts of Mobil 1 (winter grade) also filter and washer 
replacement.
2.)  Pollen filter, quick and simply.
3.)  Change break fluid, bleed system.

Okay and lastly which is the one I am fearing because I haven't worked much 
on my daily driver or MKIV for that matter

4.)  Replace the serpentine belt! Cracking has started and with Winter 
coming I don't want to get stuck out in the cold.  Although it was 60? here 
yesterday.

Does anyone have a diagram of how the belt goes?  Or even better if someone 
has the Bentley manual and could scan me the complete process.
