My 82 had/has a blue interior as well.  Mash changed out the dash,
door cards, and rear seat panels w/ black pieces though.

My mechanic friend has an A2 Jetta that I bought off him for $500, but
then I saw this car.  I just threw a $500 offer out there for it, as
I'd much rather be driving a Scirocco than a 4 dr. Jetta...  I guess
he needed to get rid of it...  As for the Jetta I'll probably give it
to a friend of mine who needs some wheels to get her to work...
