Cool, I'll keep my eye out for it!  I've been addicted to all the
various flipping shows on TV since I got into the game...

It needs some work, curb appeal (and a garage), but it has all the
makings to be a profitable flip (motivated seller selling the ugliest
house on the largest lot on a high-end street in a high-end town)
