Most auto parts stores sell little foil packs of brake caliper grease. You'll likely find it near the Loctite.
I bought a 5 oz or so tube of Raybestos silicone brake lube, #DBL-2 at my FLAPS. it's designed for very high temps. Pricey, but it'll last much longer and pay off in time.

I have a high temp bearing grease, use it or wait? It doesn't say it's
synthetic, but it says its water and heat resistant. I also have regular
lithium grease. I can't drive the car for a few days anyway, needs more
parts.
