More Amp-erage(still about wiring amps!)

I usually run the power wire on the driver's side, through the firewall,
down behind the dash and the center console, though the hole in the carpet
for the shifter, and down the channel between the center tunnel and the
inside driver's seat rail (taking the seat out makes it easier and faster).
Removing the bottom of the rear seat make it easy to reach the wire from the
back of the car and pull it through.

To keep separation I ran the speaker wire on the passenger side. When/If you
have to cross the speaker wires amp power wires do so at right angles to
reduce the chances of interference.

Try to keep the ground cable as short a possible. And scrape any paint from
the surface that you attach the ground to then either paint over it or use
silicone caulk to prevent corrosion.
