I agree with Cathy in liking the MissingLinkz units, but just know that the two bearings that he offers are Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene and Teflon, IIRC.
I elected to spend the money once and go with the Teflon....I'm happy with the whole kit he sells.

   I also replaced the shift rod bearing with the high density urethane one from
  Missing Linkz/4 crawler.
