rear poly shock bushings

Ok, I now regret just skimming through list emails as of late.  Was there a 
discussion on the noise that rear poly shock bushings make after a few 
months?  If so, what's the best way to prevent that?  I was going to put 
them in today with the new coilovers but my scheduled changed at work.  
Should go in Saturday (fingers crossed).
