Can a steering column bearing be pressed in w/o a press?

That's the one. The bearing itself is like $5 from Potter IIRC.

I took the BFH to it last night and got it most of the way in, but a tad cock-
eyed (the plastic portion anyway). But unfortunately, while the bearing was 
still out I examined the rest of the column and found that it had gotten kinda 
rusty from being exposed to the elements for over a year. I'm just going to use 
this as a stop-gap for now and source a better one when I have more time (this 
one has overspray on it anyway...
