New technote: Plate Mod

Anyway - this technote is for my nifty plate mod some of you may have
seen at Cincy 2005 on my white scirocco. Well - I found another
quantum - and I did this to my new gray car too.

I assume this mod would look rather strange on a Mk1 rocco - I know it
looks strange on a rabbit!
