concerning lug caps

Normally there was a u shape clamps plastic thing to pull them off.
I use a flat screwdriver gently taped with electric tape to prevent tearing
the crap out of them... btw best take them off before going to a tire shop
as I can guarantee they will more than likely mess them up.
