They have a testing forum to try it out.  You need a url for the
picture - they do not host.  On the compose message screen you'll see
a button to insert an image into the text.  Push the button and insert
the picture url between the [IMG] and [/IMG] like this:

[IMG] http://blahblahblah.com/myphoto.jpg [/IMG]
