Hi Dan, Joost in Holland had some made up as a true copy of the original, the last I heard he still had some available 11 GB pounds 16 Euros plus postage and packing. Have a look at his website http://home.wanadoo.nl/jfeimers/html/start.html although in Dutch, Joost is able to respond to emails in English. Heather
